The company specialises in installing full heating systems and replacement boilers. The Bancroft family business has been serving the Torbay and South Hams areas for over 25 years and offer a professional, reliable service which is guaranteed and insurance backed.

When contacting us either by phone, email, SMS or website contact form website, we record names, phone numbers and addresses in order to establish and maintain contact and organise appointments, these are stored on our work diary.

When entering into a business agreement with Bancrofts Heating & Plumbing we may collect information including your name, address, email address and phone number.

  • Landlord and tenant details are kept on our copy of the gas safety certificates for 12 months.
  • All customer details are recorded on our accounting software.
  • To contact you about a submission you have made.
